In this fight, a young man was attacked with a shovel and seriously injured. In this matter, Nigdi police has registered a case against a man and a woman.

The name of the injured youth is Ramling Raosaheb Sukle resident of Sharadnagar, Nigdi. Last Sunday afternoon, around 4.30 pm, Ramalinga was going in the lift of the building. Meanwhile, Ganesh Gaikwad, who lives in the same area, stopped him from coming in the lift. “Why do you come by lift?” Saying this, Ganesh started arguing with Ramalinga.

The dispute reached the level of abuse and pushing. Meanwhile, in anger, Ganesh Gaikwad and a woman present with him started beating Ramalinga. In anger, Ganesh picked up a shovel kept nearby and attacked Ramalinga. Ramalinga was seriously injured in this attack. There was a stir in the area after the incident.

The incidents of killing each other over small issues are increasing in Pimpri-Chinchwad and especially in Nigdi, Chikhali area. “If minor disputes in society are directly leading to attacks with shovels, then how can common people remain safe?” People of Triveninagar are asking such questions. There is a demand from the police that strict action should be taken against such people with goon tendencies and patrolling should be increased in the area. In this matter, Nigdi police has registered a case under relevant sections and further investigation is going on.
